PLANNING AND DISASTER MITIGATION DIVISION
Development of methodologies that lead to the formulation of urban and regional plans which take into account disaster mitigation.
- Recommendations on disaster mitigations for local governments. Vulnerability analysis of existing buildings and human settlements from the seismic point of view.
- Recommendations for emergency cases on buildings, taking into account evacuation routes, security zones and emergency exits. Also recommendations for reconstruction.
- Research and consulting of microzonation of cities. Advices for urban expansion and relocation.
- Research and consulting of hospital vulnerabilities.
- Research and consulting of urban vulnerability.
